Special Wine Programs

COPIA's wine programs are designed to appeal to beginners, professionals, and everyone in between. With the price of admission, visitors can attend a brief introductory wine class each day. In addition, for a nominal fee, COPIA offers wine classes throughout the month that explore wine in greater depth (and feature a greater variety of wines to taste). Visitors can also enjoy special wine events such as walk-around tastings, weekend festivals, and an array of exciting wine classes by guest instructors from around the world.

Everyday at COPIA we offer: our Daily Wine Class, Winetasting 101, Introduction to Wine and Food Pairing, Winery of the Week and Flight Tasting at the Wine Spectator Tasting Table. 

In addition, we offer exclusive winetasting and wine pairing opportunities that are featured on our
CURRENT SCHEDULE OF WINE PROGRAMS.

Introduction to Wine and Food Pairing (Daily 12:00 - 12:45 pm). COPIA's entertaining experts solve the mystery of balancing the flavors in food and wine—teaching you to select wines to serve with everything.  We'll sample two wines with a tasting plate $20 (includes admission)$15 member. Wine Blending Workshop (Fridays-Sundays at 2:45 pm, 1hour 15mins)  Take home a bottle of wine and wonderful memories from this hands-on workshop.  Using selected varietals and working with our professional staff, you'll create a custom blend of wine, bottle and cork it, and finish with a personalized label signed by you—the winemaker! $65 (includes admission)/$55 member/$20 extra person.  Check our weekly Special Programs Calendar for dates and times.  Reservations required 24 hours in advance. Program subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment not met.
