Prior to joining COPIA, Miami was a Wine Educator for Robert Mondavi Winery for three years. He worked at Domaine Chandon for eighteen years as the Director of Special Events where he organized indoor &amp; outdoor concerts, art festivals and was the curator for the winery's art exhibitions. Miami is well known in Wine Country for the Tour Guide Training class, which he originated and taught for twenty years at Napa Valley College. He has also chaired the Entertainment Committee for three Napa Valley Wine Auctions.
