Balancing the flavors in food and wine can be an intimidating mystery. COPIA'entertaining WineTeam breaks the conundrum into three simple elements and makes you an expert in selecting wines to serve with everything. We'll sample five delectable Napa wines with a tasting plate prepared by Cellar360 Culinary Specialist Kasey Passen.
Reservations must be made in advance by calling 888.512.6742 or purchasing tickets online. Space is limited: program fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within at least 48 hours of the start of the program.
