Wine and cheeese can be the perfect couple - or a dud blind date. Learn what makes a dynamic duo in this class on the intricacies of wine and cheese pairings. With COPIA's wine and cheese savvy staff, we'll explore classic and less traditional match-ups in a tasting of four artisan cheeses and four delectable wines.
Reservations must be made in advance by calling 888.512.6742 or purchasing tickets online. Space is limited: program fees are non-returnable unless cancellation is made within at least 48 hours of the start of the program.
