In the 16th-century Italian tradition, New Technology Foundation presents La Strada dell' Arte Napa Valley, an Italian Street Painting Festival at COPIA, featuring music, food, wine, entertainment and a children's section as more than 200 artists create chalk-on-asphalt masterpieces.
