Facilities
COPIA will not be responsible for lost and stolen items on the premises
Only trained guide animals are allowed on-site. Please make arrangements for your pets' care off-site during your visit.
COPIA is a smoke free environment. Visitors will only be allowed to smoke in a designated area
Visitors who partake of alcoholic beverages on premise must have proper ID.
Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Parking at COPIA is free.
Accessibility
Assistive listening devices are accessible at the information desk at no cost.
COPIA is completely and certifiably ADA compliant. Three standard wheelchairs are available at the Coat Check.
Program Policies
A 48-hour notice of intent to cancel a reservation for a paid program is required to receive a refund.
If an individual has a legitimate medical excuse/emergency within the 48-hour limit, they will be offered a "credit" for their program fees.
Dissatisfied customers will be asked to fill out an assessment report before a refund is provided.
Programs are subject to change. Staff at the Information Desk and Ticket Office will be happy to suggest alternative program selections.
Program attendees are asked to turn off or silence their cell phones, pagers and watch alarms. Guests behaving in a manner, which is disruptive to the program or their fellow guests, will be asked to leave.
COPIA has the right to refuse service to anyone.
