Take the “Spanish Trail” to Copia for the most extensive tasting of American produced Iberian grape varietals ever offered. This “Fiesta Primera” includes the increasingly popular Tempranillo, Albariño, Garnacha, Graciano, Mourvedre, the Tourigas, Verdejo and don’t forget Bastardo! These domestic delights from Arizona, California, Oregon, Texas, Washington, and beyond range from crisp, refreshing whites through big, full bodied reds to elegant varietally correct ports. Discover, savor and celebrate this treasure chest of exotic, but delightfully food-friendly wines and you will gain appreciation for what these visionary winegrowers are doing here on American soil.

Talk, demonstration and hands-on activity

You're the winemaker in this hands-on workshop!  Our professional staff will advise as you select varietals for your own custom blend.  Pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you'll take home wonderful memories - as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine!

Reservations required 24 hours in advance.  Program subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment not met.

John Huston won Academy Awards for writing and directing this powerful saga that pits gold against greed in the wilds of Mexico.
