Breakfast talk, demonstration and hands-on activity
Garden Manager Geoff Palla and COPIA's Senior Wine Educator Kevin Toomajian will lead you from vineyard to wineglass. Breakfast in the Edible Gardens, then tour our demonstration vineyards, learning the ins and outs of viticulture from bud break to crop load. Next, it's inside to taste the properties of the Bordeaux varietals and use what you have learned to mix your own unique bottle of private reserve wine. $115 General/$95 Member Start: 12:30 pm

Multi-course al fresco lunch with wine
In the sun-drenched villages of Provence, summer brings the Grand Aioli - a feast of garden-fresh vegetables, grilled meats and fish, all served with thick, garlicky aioli, crusty artisan breads and summer wines. Join us in COPIA's shady Olive Grove, where long tables set with white linens, sparkling tablewear and lush greenery await you for a Napa-style Grand Aioli, accompanied by live music. $65 General/$55 Member Start: 3:15 pm

Talk, demonstration and hands-on activity
You're the winemaker in this hands-on workshop! Our professional staff will advise as you select varietals for your own custom blend. Pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you'll take home wonderful memories - as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine! Reservations required 24 hours in advance.
