Back by popular demand, it's one of our most popular summertime themes, inspired by a food and wine match made in heaven. Gather 'round the Wine Spectator Tasting Table for a guided tasting of California's only native grape varietal - Zinfandel - with COPIA's Wine Educator Lily Peterson. We'll sample six Zany Zinfandels from different regions of California paired with a yummy tasting plate.

Talk, demonstration and hands-on activity
You're the winemaker in this hands-on workshop! Our professional staff will advise as you select varietals for your own custom blend. Pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you'll take home wonderful memories - as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine! Reservations required 24 hours in advance.
