Cooking demo, lunch program with wine, and book signingJohn Ash, internationally recognized wine country chef, educator and author, is credited as one of the creators of Wine Country Cuisine. He’ll demonstrates how to easily create a delicious meal featuring tasty recipes from his acclaimed cookbook, John Ash One-on-One, Lessons from a Master Teacher (Clarkson Potter), which won the James Beard Award. The meal starts with a soup full of sweet and spicy exotic flavors from the Orient, moves on to a fragrant and flavorful Italian trattoria dish and ends with a rich and fruity dessert. $45 general/ $35 member Start: 3:15 pm

Talk, demonstration and hands-on activity
You're the winemaker in this hands-on workshop! Our professional staff will advise as you select varietals for your own custom blend. Pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you'll take home wonderful memories - as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine! Reservations required 24 hours in advance.
