Learn the art of curry making with renowned international expert Raghavan Iyer, CCP, cookbook author, culinary expert and consultant to numerous international clients. Winner of the prestigious International Association of Culinary Professionals Award of Excellence as Culinary Teacher of the Year in 2004, Iyer brings his masterful culinary and teaching skills to COPIA to demystify the secrets of Indian Cooking and delight us with spectacular curry recipes from his new cookbook, 660 Curries (Workman). $45 General/$35 Member Start: 3:15 pm

You're the winemaker in this hands-on workshop! Our professional staff will advise as you select varietals for your own custom blend. Pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you'll take home wonderful memories - as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine! Reservations required 24 hours in advance.
