Wine and chocolate pairing
Rich and sinfully delicious, chocolate starts out pretty wonderful. But add deep red or sweet wines - and you get the sexiest pairing imaginable. COPIA's WineTeam matches decadent wines with luxurious chocolate nibbles prepared by Cellar360 Culinary Specialist Kasey Passen for a match made in heaven. Reservations must be made in advance by calling 888.512.6742 or purchasing tickets online. Space is limited: program fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within at least 48 hours of the start of the program. $45 general/$35 COPIA member | ||
