2-day hands-on workshop with lecture and demonstration series
Don’t just barbecue—grill like a pro! This four-part course takes students from novice to master in an intensive, hands-on, small-class format. Instructors are award-winning food gurus Andrew Schloss and David Joachim, co-authors of Mastering the Grill: The Owner’s Manual for Outdoor Cooking (Chronicle). Take each part separately or sign up for all four parts and prepare to take your Certified Grill Master exam. Fees include Mastering the Grill book signed by the authors, lunch, snacks and detailed handouts. $295 general/$265 member (Ticketing for series Part 1 only) Start: 2:30 pm

Wine and chocolate pairing
Rich and sinfully delicious, chocolate starts out pretty wonderful. But add deep red or sweet wines - and you get the sexiest pairing imaginable. COPIA's WineTeam matches decadent wines with luxurious chocolate nibbles prepared by Cellar360 Culinary Specialist Kasey Passen for a match made in heaven. Reservations must be made in advance by calling 888.512.6742 or purchasing tickets online. Space is limited: program fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within at least 48 hours of the start of the program. $45 general/$35 COPIA member Start: 3:15 pm

Talk, demonstration and hands-on activity
You're the winemaker in this hands-on workshop! Our professional staff will advise as you select varietals for your own custom blend. Pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you'll take home wonderful memories - as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine!
