You're the winemaker in this hands-on workshop! Our professional staff will advise as you select varietals for your own custom blend. Pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you'll take home wonderful memories - as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine! Cooking demonstration, tasting and book signing
Inspired by fond memories of fragrant cooking since her childhood days, author Carol Selva Rajah explores the aromatic Asian herbs, fruits, spices and seasonings used to prepare foods that excite both the palate and sense of smell. Her new book, Heavenly Fragrance (Tuttle), showcases a collection of new and traditional Southeast Asian dishes for anyone wishing to serve the best flavors of the East at home. Free Start: 8:00 pm
