COPIA'entertaining WineTeam breaks the conundrum into three simple elements and makes you an expert in selecting wines to serve with everything. We'll sample five delectable Napa wines with a tasting plate prepared by Cellar360 Culinary Specialist Kasey Passen. Admission: $45 general/$35 COPIA member (Wine Program) Hands-On Wine Blending Workshop Start: 3:15 pm End: 4:30 pm Talk, demonstration and hands-on activity You’re the winemaker in this hands-on workshop! Our professional staff will advise as you select varietals for your own custom blend. Pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you’ll take home wonderful memories—as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine! Reservations required 24 hours in advance.
