(Wine & Food Program) This Night of All Nights: Savoring Passover Start: 1:00 pm End: 2:30 pm Cooking demonstration, lunch with wine Passover (Pesach) has significance for Jews and Christians alike. Learn more about it with Culinary Instructor Jill (Silverman) Hough as she prepares a delicious meal of traditional foods paired with two kosher wines. Jill’s recipes, explanations of the holiday and Passover stories may inspire you to host your own Seder this year! Menu: Homemade Chicken Soup with Matzo Balls – Garlic Peppercorn Brisket, Quick-Braised Carrots with Toasted Cumin, Pesach Dinner Rolls – Strawberry Spongecake Admission: $45 general/$35 member (Wine Program) Hands-On Wine Blending Workshop Start: 3:15 pm End: 4:30 pm Talk, demonstration and hands-on activity You’re the winemaker in this hands-on workshop! Our professional staff will advise as you select varietals for your own custom blend. Pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you’ll take home wonderful memories—as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine! Reservations required 24 hours in advance.
