Interactive cooking demo, garden talk and lunch with wine

Take an armchair tour of innovative, artistic and ever-so-appetizing Austria, home to Mozart, Strudel and Grüner Veltliner. Culinary Instructor Jill Hough, Garden Manager Geoff Palla and Wine Educator Lily Peterson are your food- and wine-savvy hosts.

Stroll through the Edible Gardens with our garden experts, checking out April’s beauty and bounty while sipping wine or a coffee.  Weather permitting.

Talk, demonstration and hands-on activity

You’re the winemaker in this hands-on workshop! Our professional staff will advise as you select varietals for your own custom blend. Pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you’ll take home wonderful memories—as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine!

We’ll focus on the wine and cuisine of Austria’s famed Burgenland in this relaxed winemaker dinner with an interactive cooking demonstration format.  Featuring Austrian winemakers Franz Weninger and Andreas Liegenfeld and wine educator Christian Zechmeister.
