The varied soils and climactic conditions of New Zealand produce some of the world’s most distinctive Sauvignon Blancs, with flavors of gooseberry, green apple and passion fruit. David Strada of the New Zealand Wine Growers Association will explore different appellations and regional characteristics in this guided tasting of four wonderful wines.
