(Wine & Food Program) Napa Valley Mustard Festival Start: 11:00 am End: 5:00 pm COPIA is pleased to welcome the Napa Valley Mustard Festival, returning for its fifth year! The Marketplace: Signature Event: Showcase of food, wine, music & art - March 15 & 16. Taste sensational Wine Country cuisine and wines, hearty craft brews, and gourmet products and mustards from around the world at The Marketplace. This Mustard Festival highlight includes chef cooking demonstrations; live music; a live remote broadcast by Gene Burns of KGO Radio; an automobile display by Lexus; arts and crafts vendors; and more! At the door: Adults (ages 21+) $35 general/$30 COPIA member* (includes admission, wineglass and wine & food-tasting package) Students (ages 13-20) $10 (includes 5 tasting tickets) Children (ages 6-12) $5 Children (age 5 & under) Free Admission: Admission to COPIA will be by Mustard Festival Ticket only; Prices vary. (Wine & Food Program) Cellar360 - Wine & Cheese: Made for Each Other Start: 2:30 pm End: 4:00 pm Interactive tasting program Wine and cheeese can be the perfect couple - or a dud blind date. Learn what makes a dynamic duo in this class on the intricacies of wine and cheese pairings. With COPIA's wine and cheese savvy staff, we'll explore classic and less traditional match-ups in a tasting of four artisan cheeses and four delectable wines. Reservations must be made in advance by calling 888.512.6742 or purchasing tickets online. Space is limited: program fees are non-returnable unless cancellation is made within at least 48 hours of the start of the program. Admission: $35 general/$25 COPIA member (Wine Program) Hands-On Wine Blending Workshop Start: 3:15 pm End: 4:30 pm Talk, demonstration and hands-on activity. You're the winemaker in this hands-on workshop! Our professional staff will advise as you select varietals for your own custom blend. Pop in a cork and add a personalized label, and you'll take home wonderful memories - as well as a one-of-a-kind bottle of wine.
