Corporate Council

COPIA has developed the Corporate Council to specifically meet the needs of our corporate supporters.  The Corporate Council offers many benefits to your organization including the ability to reward your employees, unique opportunities to entertain your clients, and priority for sponsorship of COPIA programs.

Corporate Council represents our loyal corporate supporters, offering donor levels that recognize both cash and/or in-kind (product) cumulative annual donations.

Benefits

All levels of the Corporate Council receive the following benefits:

• Recognition on the COPIA Corporate Council Donor Wall
• Recognition on the COPIA website
• Print acknowledgment opportunities within COPIA’S advertising, including newspaper, radio spots and in-house fliers (use of name and logo in print media dependant upon level of giving)
• Invitations to exclusive events, including the Annual President’s Reception and COPIA’s Annual Auction & Dinner
• Two COPIA Membership Cards for your company’s use that allow:
• 15% discount in the COPIA Store
• 10% discount on lunch or dinner at Julia’s Kitchen, and corkage waived for the first bottle of wine per membership per table during, after which corkage is waived equal to every bottle purchased

• Free General Admission privileges for two adults, plus four children at over 240 museums in North America. This includes: the Asian Art Museum, de Young, and Legion of Honor, in San Francisco, the Oakland Museum of California, UC Berkeley Art Museum, San Jose Museum of Art, Napa Valley Museum, Charles M. Levels

Experience privileges of corporate giving at different levels:

Vintner ($1,000)

A unique program targeted to wineries for cash and/or in-kind giving, and intended to help promote their wines. For an annual $1,000 cash and/or in-kind donation, receive these privileges of corporate giving:

• Priority consideration for Concert Sponsorship
• Two festival passes (a $70 value)
• Priority consideration for inclusion in COPIA’s Wine Country Passport program
• Receive priority consideration for sponsorship of members-only opening exhibitions and events
• COPIA’s wine educators will also consider your wine donations for the following opportunities:
• Wine Tasting 101 Classes – visitors and members learn the ABC’s of wine tasting
• Daily Programs and Paid Programs – including cooking demonstrations, book signings, and lectures
• Winery of the Week – you will be able to showcase your wines and interact directly with our visitors and members

• Wine Discovery Stations – offers automated measured dispensing for tastes

Executive ($2,001-$9,999)

• Two festival passes (a $70 value)
• Two program passes for your employees or to entertain your VIP guests (a $90 value)
• Participate in a special tour of COPIA’s building and Edible Gardens, organized exclusively for Corporate Council members and led by our Wine, Culinary, Exhibitions and Gardens experts

Proprietor ($10,000-$24,999)

• Four festival passes (a $140 value)
• Four program passes for your employees or to entertain your VIP guests (a $180 value)
• 10% discount on Wine and Spirit Education Trust programs
• 10% discount on facility rental fees (once per year; if a catered event, services must be provided by COPIA catering only; discount not applied to AV services)
• Participate in a special tour of COPIA’s building and Edible Gardens, organized exclusively for Corporate Council members and led by our Wine, Culinary, Exhibitions and Gardens experts

Business Leader ($25,000-$49,999)

• Six festival passes (a $210 value)
• Six program passes for your employees or to entertain your VIP guests (a $270 value)
• 10% discount on Wine and Spirit Education Trust programs
• 10% discount on facility rental fees (once per year; if a catered event, services must be provided by COPIA catering only; discount not applied to AV services)
• Participate in a special tour of COPIA’s building and Edible Gardens, organized exclusively for Corporate Council members and led by our Wine, Culinary, Exhibitions, or Gardens experts
• Experience a personalized, private tour for up to ten people, tailored to your interests and led by our Wine, Culinary, Exhibitions, or Gardens experts, followed by refreshments in the Founders Room
• Receive a 10% discount on COPIA Catering, featuring the cuisine of Julia’s Kitchen Chef Jeff Mosher (once per year)
• Recognition as a corporate sponsor for a select COPIA program, festival or event

Director ($50,000-$74,999)

• Six festival passes (a $210 value)
• Six program passes for your employees or to entertain your VIP guests  (a $270 value)
• 10% discount on Wine and Spirit Education Trust programs
• 15% discount on facility rental fees (once per year; if a catered event, services must be provided by COPIA catering only; discount not applied to AV services)
• Participate in a special tour of COPIA’s building and Edible Gardens, organized exclusively for Corporate Council members and led by our Wine, Culinary, Exhibitions, or Gardens experts
• Experience a personalized, private tour for up to ten people, tailored to your interests and led by our Wine, Culinary, Exhibitions, or Gardens experts, followed by refreshments in the Founders Room
• 10% discount on COPIA Catering, featuring the cuisine of Julia’s Kitchen Chef Jeff Mosher  (once per year)
• Recognition as a corporate sponsor for a select COPIA program, festival or event

President ($75,000-$99,999)

• Eight festival passes (a $280 value)
• Eight program passes for your employees or to entertain your VIP guests (a $360 value)
• 20% discount on Wine and Spirit Education Trust programs
• 15% discount on facility rental fees (once per year; if a catered event, services must be provided by COPIA catering only; discount not applied to AV services)

Chairman ($100,000 or more)

• Eight program passes for your employees or to entertain your VIP guests (a $360 value)

• Participate in a special tour of COPIA’s building and Edible Gardens, organized exclusively for Corporate Council members and led by our Wine, Culinary, Exhibitions, or Gardens experts
• Experience a personalized, private tour for up to eighteen people, tailored to your interests and led by our Wine, Culinary, Exhibitions, or Gardens experts, followed by refreshments in the Founders Room
• 10% discount on COPIA Catering, featuring the cuisine of Julia’s Kitchen Chef Jeff Mosher (once per year)
• Host an elegant dinner for up to 18 people in our Founder’s Room, with the site fee waived (once per year; if a catered event, services must be provided by COPIA catering only; discount not applied to AV services)
• Enjoy a private program presented by our COPIA experts at your next corporate event (expenses to be paid by corporate donor)
• Recognition as a corporate sponsor for a select COPIA program, festival, event or exhibition
• Recognition as a corporate sponsor of the month
