Raw Talent: Food Photography by Chef Holly Peterson

Holly Peterson’s food photography captures the beauty and simplicity of ingredients from the chef’s point of view. As healthy for the body as they are appealing to look at—Spring Carrots and Onions, Dragon Fruit and Kaffir Lime Morning Glory--each food shown is loaded with phytonutrients and has chemopreventive qualities.
Raw Talent limited edition photographs are for sale and all purchases contribute to cancer research. “Eat well, stay healthy! The more we study cancer, the more we learn about the importance of the foods we eat.”
Holly Peterson studied viticulture and enology at UC Davis before training in Paris at La Varenne Ecole de Cuisine to become a highly skilled chef. She has cooked for the American Embassy in Paris, as well as many three-star restaurants, and currently operates an ultra fine special events company, Food and Wine Dynamics, known throughout the world for its memorable special events.
